Town Hall Use Policy:
Adopted by the Town
Council of the Town of Pleasant Garden on September 9,
2008
The Pleasant Garden Town
Hall (Kirkman Municipal Building) can be used for
meetings, events and activities sponsored by the Town of
Pleasant Garden and other governmental agencies. Regular
monthly meetings of the Town Council and the Long Range
Planning Board, Zoning Board, and Recreation Board have
priority. Scheduling of additional meetings and
activities will be based on availability of the
building; the work schedules and availability of the
staff should be taken into consideration if the meeting
or event is to be held outside of normal business
hours.
Town Hall is not available
for use or rental for private events or activities.

Picnic Shelter:
Citizens may use the site for picnics,
parties, gatherings and other community events. It is
available on a first come-first served basis, but should
be reserved for parties of ten or more. No cooking may
be done on site and there are no available restroom
facilities. There is no
fee for Pleasant Garden residents. Parties would be responsible for following the
posted guidelines. To reserve,
