in the spring and fall of each year.

REGISTRATION FORM
The spring 2012 season will run from March 31 - May 19.
Players must be at least 4-years-old or no older than
17-years-old as of the last game day on May 19, 2012.
NO
EXCEPTIONS!!!
Registration for Spring 2012 will open on February 1, 2012.
Completed forms can be mailed or dropped off at Town Hall during
normal business hours.
On-site
registration will be held at Town Hall from
9:00am - 2:00pm on
the following Saturdays:
February 18, 2012
February 25, 2012
March 3, 2012.
The registration deadline is Monday, March 5.
No forms will be accepted after that date.

SAFETY ALERT * * *
No parking is allowed on the entrance and
exit driveways at the soccer fields. Please park only in the marked spaces in
the parking lot area so that emergency vehicles can enter quickly.
